Back to School Vaccines

To avoid crowds, we encourage you to come before the school year begins.  Walk-ins are welcome every Wednesday from 12 pm - 6 pm all year.  Appointments are also available.

Special Clinic hours:

Walk-ins welcome on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. between 9/5/18-10/3/18

Extra walk-in hours from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Thursday, 9/13/18 and 9/20/18

Please check with your health care provider or school:

• bring a copy of your child's shot record and any letters you have received from the school about shots your child is missing
• bring a photo ID/passport and your health insurance card to the clinic
• plan to stay at the clinic with your child who is under the age of 18

NO FEE FOR VACCINES FOR KIDS UP THROUGH AGE 18 AT:
